Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.
We are currently looking for a Billing Associate to join our team.

Overall preparation and management of a project billings

Responsibilities
Overall preparation and management of a project billings
- Prepares and submits weekly and monthly invoices to customers/ vendors.
- Upload 3rd party invoices into software.
- Investigate and resolve any billing issues timely.
- Audit bills for accuracy and compliance with contract.
- Prepares and distributes various accounting reports.
- 3+ Years Experience in a Billing Specialist position
- Experience with ERP Software & Excel Skills
- Quick Learner, Problem Solver, and Positive Demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (Required)
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree (Plus)
- Job Costing Experience (Plus)
