Job Description

We are currently looking for an Audit Manager to join our team.

We are currently looking for an Audit Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee audit engagements from planning through completion.
- Develop and execute audit strategies to address identified risks.
- Review the work of audit staff to ensure quality, compliance, and accuracy.
- Conduct audit procedures on income statement and balance sheet accounts.
- Participate in meetings to present findings and offer insight to improve business operations.
- Ensure timely completion of audits within scope and budget.
- Maintain and enhance client relationships by providing excellent service.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff.
- Identify and implement process improvements and technology solutions to improve audit functions.
- Draft detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, professional guidelines, and applicable regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- CPA license
- Minimum of 5 years of external audit experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Ability to travel locally to client locations
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Strong understanding of current audit and accounting principles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing audit teams or engagements
- Exposure to leveraging audit technologies for efficiency and accuracy
