We are currently looking for an Application Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Workflow automation and support.
- Support Integration Layer such as Biztalk and EAI.
- Application and infrastructure monitoring and system logging (New Relic) and API troubleshooting.
- Tier 3 technical production support of end-user system issues.
- Manage and support CI/CD pipeline deployments in production environment.
- Continuous integration/delivery using tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Octopus, etc.).
- Configuration management (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, etc.).
- Implement scripts to automate day to day tasks (PowerShell, Bash, YAML, etc.).
- Querying back-end databases using SQL languages (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL).
- Architecture and functionality of web-based systems.
- Administering and troubleshooting Windows Server and IIS and hosted applications.
- Rotational 24x7 on-call support.
- 3+ years of professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience with workflow and process automation.
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues to all stakeholders including those who do not have a technical background.
- Ability to gather, sort, and analyze data to develop logical conclusions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, journalism, or computer science.
- Experience with JavaScript and Node.js.
- Experience with RPA and Automation Anywhere.
- Possess or progress toward receiving Web technology certification.
- Experience with Applications: Azure Cloud, SharePoint, MIM (FIM), Automic (UC4), and Kubernetes.
