Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City areas.
We are currently seeking an Agile Coach to join our team.
Responsibilities

Coach product teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on agile frameworks including Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and hybrid models

Define and implement agile ways of working across multiple teams and delivery workstreams

Facilitate agile ceremonies and large-scale planning events

Conduct maturity assessments and support continuous improvement efforts

Partner with program leadership to align agile practices with overall governance models

Mentor external delivery partners on enterprise agile standards

Provide actionable insights through agile performance metrics and team health indicators

Promote agile tooling best practices within tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Monday.com
Required Qualifications
-
7+ years of experience in agile environments (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach)

Deep knowledge of agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS, Kanban)

Proven facilitation, coaching, and training skills

Background in large-scale transformation initiatives

Proficient with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Miro, and Monday.com
Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing and executing agile playbooks or maturity uplift roadmaps

Strong stakeholder communication and influence at program and leadership levels

Familiarity with agile health metrics, team assessments, and performance reporting
