We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative support to internal leadership and department stakeholders
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with project-related tasks for senior leaders
Create, update, and organize documents using Word and other Microsoft Office tools
Support event coordination and execution
Track new opportunities and assist with related documentation
Support community engagement initiatives
Perform data entry and general administrative tasks
Assist with preparation and coordination of client gifts and gift baskets
Maintain tracking for new and recurring corporate sponsorships
Facilitate and track award nomination submissions
Required Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative support role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including strong skills in Outlook, Word and Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of organization, attention to detail and time management
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
Service-oriented mindset with strong initiative
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
Interest or experience in marketing, communications or related support functions
