Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Process invoice coming in from vendor
- Edit vendor invoices to add stamp and send to A/P Department
- Received settlements from Auction houses and upload into 2 different systems
- File commercial insurance claims
- Maintain and update databases containing relevant information
- Must be a fast learner and like to learn new things
- top notch administratively
- able to prioritize and keep ticklers and excellent tracking
- plus if knows how to file commercial insurance claims (not necessary if fast learner),
- is good with learning new systems.
- knows all Microsoft office applications
