Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.
We are currently looking for an Account Receivable Associate to join our team.

We are currently looking for an Account Receivable Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling customer accounts.
- Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to collect outstanding debts.
- Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes.
- Monitor customer statements and collection letters
- Work closely with other departments to resolve any customer billing issues
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation of all collections activities.
- Provide regular updates on accounts receivable status to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required
- 4+ Years in accounts receivable experience
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Products- especially Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
