Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.
We are currently looking for an Accountant Receivable/ Collections to join our team.

We are currently looking for an Accountant Receivable/ Collections to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling customer accounts.
- Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to collect outstanding debts.
- Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes.
- Monitor customer statements and collection letters
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation of all collection’s activities.
- Provide regular updates on accounts receivable status to management.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years in Accounts Receivable and/ or Collections experience
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Products- especially Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Salesforce & Enterprise Solutions Software (plus)
