We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable & Insurance Supervisor to join our team.

We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable & Insurance Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities
- This position will manage Billing, Invoicing, A/R functions, and Insurance Coverage in Post-Funding
- Monitor for up-to-date COI for Asset Insurance Coverage (Trucks, Trailers, Equipment, Etc.)
- Insurance coverage on these assets typically changes every 6 months to a year
- In the event a new COI is needed, must be willing to make outbound calls to the Insurance Company
- Update Insurance and Billing Information in the CRM System
- Primary contact with third-party insurance companies, legal counsel, and third-party skip tracing
- Primary contact in maintaining accurate Accounts Receivables and Asset Insurance
- Training and support including work manuals and training guides
- Weekly reporting
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years proven work experience in an Insurance related role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate via email, phone, chat, across multiple departments, etc
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Excel)
- Proven ability be accurate (detailed oriented) but efficient (sense of urgency)
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or relevant experience (plus)
- Commercial Coverage Experience (plus)
