Account Payable Clerk
Job Type: Permanent Position
Location: Lenexa, KS
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Salary: $50,000/ year
- Select, review, and process all invoices for payment
- Coding and keying of all expense invoices for payment
- Process high volume of invoices
- Match vendor invoice against purchase orders
- Resolve any discrepancies on invoices
- Set up New Vendors and update vendor files
- Analyze all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure payment accuracy
