Adaptive Solutions Group is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our team in the Midwest or Southwest region. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and billing experience in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare, print, and distribute prebills according to established standards
Revise prebills and execute complex adjustments accurately and on time
Prepare and distribute invoices as instructed
Partner with eBilling resources to resolve rejections and ensure timely submissions
Respond promptly and thoroughly to billing inquiries, maintaining the highest level of customer service
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and inaccuracies
Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders to review billing needs
Suggest improvements to billing processes and system procedures
Utilize applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and billing software systems
Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
3+ years of related billing experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
High standards of accuracy, honesty, and integrity
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or higher in a related field
Experience with billing systems such as Elite Enterprise/3E, Proforma Tracker, or similar platforms
Prior experience in a professional or corporate services environment
Compensation
Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 annually
Potential for hybrid work schedule following training and onboarding
