We are currently looking for a Contract Controller for a ERP Implementation to join our team.
Responsibilities
Serve as the internal project lead for a major ERP software implementation.
Oversee project timelines, communications, data migration, and system integration activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party consultants to ensure seamless system rollout.
Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and tax reporting.
Maintain timely, accurate, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting throughout the transition.
Ensure data integrity by overseeing the chart of accounts, historical data cleanup, and trial balances during migration.
Redesign and optimize accounting workflows to align with ERP best practices.
Lead process improvement initiatives to support long-term scalability and compliance.
Establish initial reporting frameworks and internal controls within the new system.
Partner with leadership, operations, HR, and IT teams to drive organization-wide adoption.
Train and onboard accounting personnel on the new ERP platform.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
Demonstrated success leading ERP/software implementations
5+ years of experience in accounting leadership roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern accounting systems
Deep understanding of internal controls and GAAP-compliant financial reporting
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proven ability to lead teams through organizational change and prioritize competing initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in fast-paced, project-driven environments
