We are currently looking for an Accounting Trade supervisor to join our team.

We are currently looking for an Accounting Trade supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities
- We're seeking an Accounting Trade Supervisor to take charge of administrative & accounting functions. The ideal candidate will lead a team of administrative professionals, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks, record-keeping, accounting functions, and communication both internal departments and external customers.
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the Accounting Specialist, driving team performance in coordinating processing activities for an assigned Profit Center/Business.
- Recruit, train, and develop personnel to foster teamwork and achieve the group's and company's standards and goals.
- Review and process contracts and amendments for accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain balance in warehouse receipts, and invoices, complete deferred price/basis agreements, and update lienholders in adherence to internal audit, state, and federal guidelines.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports summarizing key performance indicators, profitability, and other relevant metrics for assigned business groups or management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with the team to implement changes that enhance efficiency.
- Additionally, handle inbound phone calls, assist walk-in vendors, and promptly respond to accounting and origination inquiries in a professional manner.
