Responsibilities
- As an Accounting Specialist, you'll be integral to our operations, offering crucial support to Trading, Operations, & Accounting Teams.
- Your role covers a range of duties, all geared towards ensuring the smooth execution of contracts, rates, billing, accounting, documentation, and logistical support for shipments via rail, road, and sea.
- Dive into the realm of contracts management by meticulously inputting data and organizing contract folders.
- Commitment to precision guarantees that the production processes operate seamlessly and without errors.
- Work closely with our financial teams by aiding in invoicing, collections, and payments.
- Providing financial support is essential for maintaining strong financial health.
- Take the lead in reviewing receivables and payables that require additional paperwork.
- Provide customer support and serve as the go-to problem-solver for our customers.
- Handle and resolve any issues that arise during shipments, ensuring the clients' needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Manage all documentation!
- Having a keen eye for detail ensures the completion of vital processing, and your proactive approach initiates follow-up communication to uphold smooth operations.
