Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology and professional services personnel. We provide a variety of professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City Areas, as well as some remote opportunities.
We are currently looking for a Manager of Revenue Accounting to join the team.

We are currently looking for a Manager of Revenue Accounting to join the team.
Scope of the Role:
- Manage Accounts Receivable department -hiring, training, and development of staff.
- Review contracts and assist in developing and managing the contract billing processes.
- Oversee customer setup.
- Work with internal customers to ensure timely and accurate billings.
- Compute commissions relating to certain billings.
- Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts relating to revenue.
- Assist with the implementation of new credit card processors.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Inter-company receivable processing and reconciliation.
- Assist with the annual financial audit.
- Other duties and responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years accounting responsibility, showing increased responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration.
- Experience with foreign currency financial transactions.
- Oracle and Siebel experience a plus.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office required.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Must be organized, detail oriented and work as a team player.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work with all levels of the organization.
