We are currently looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our team.
Reconcile and balance cash general ledger accounts and record journal entries as assigned.
Prepare & Analyze financial statements
Additionally, prepare, research and analyze the general ledger and management reporting.
Preparation of quarterly GAAP and statutory reporting requirements as it relates to Treasury activities.
Assist in the preparation of audit work papers and reports for management, internal and external audits and regulatory examinations.
Administer maintenance of data for the various financial information systems as assigned.
Assist in completion of various Treasury and Accounting Operations activities, and the testing of financial internal controls.
Completion of special projects and directives as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent work experience is required.
Financial accounting and reporting experience preferred.
Insurance Industry Experience Preferred
Able to participate with cross-functional initiatives and collaborate amongst numerous partnerships.
High professional and ethical standards in the application of accounting principles and government regulations.
Ability to be a part of a team of motivated professionals, and to handle multiple tasks.
