Adaptive Solutions Group is partnering with a respected Kansas City organization seeking a Microsoft 365 expert to help shape the future of its digital workplace environment.
This is an opportunity for a technology professional who enjoys creating seamless collaboration experiences while balancing security, governance, and business productivity. The individual hired will play a visible role in advancing how employees connect, share information, and leverage emerging technologies across the enterprise.
The organization is investing heavily in Microsoft's modern workplace ecosystem and is looking for someone who can help maximize the value of tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Copilot.
What You'll Bring
  • Strong experience within Microsoft 365 collaboration environments
  • Expertise supporting enterprise-scale Teams and SharePoint implementations
  • Understanding of governance, information management, and security best practices
  • Ability to evaluate business needs and translate them into practical technology solutions
  • Experience improving adoption, usability, and effectiveness of collaboration platforms
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for collaboration technologies
Preferred Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Approximately 5-8 years of experience supporting Microsoft collaboration technologies
  • Experience working within complex enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and emerging AI-driven workplace solutions is highly desirable
Location
Kansas City Metro Area (Hybrid)
Compensation
$130,000 - $140,000 base salary plus comprehensive benefits package.
