Responsibilities
- Manage identified business project implementations across the organization (IT and non-IT focused).
- Includes coordination, establishing deadlines, assigning responsibility to stakeholders, monitoring progress, providing updates to management, and completion of these projects within budget and within scope.
- Projects may include deployment of internally developed solutions as well as others.
- Responsible for all aspects of project lifecycle, including planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
- Lead the successful implementation of business-focused processes and projects.
- Track progress against stated goals, milestones, and provide status updates.
- Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and issues to management, as needed.
- Work closely with business partners and technology providers to develop and execute implementation plans.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) at all levels of the organization.
- Manage vendor timelines and deliverables.
- Strong understanding of change management.
- Proven ability to make decisions with limited information.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Established understanding of both traditional and agile project management methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined, scope, budget, and timeline.
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in project management or other related experience.
- Strong skill in operation of a personal computer, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Mail, and Google Sheets.
- Project Management Software (i.e., MS Project, Asana, Etc.).
- Certified Project Manager a plus.
