Job Description
Senior Client Solution Architect
Adaptive Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Client Solution Architect to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic integration projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver complex technical solutions for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead client workstreams across people, process, and technology
- Align stakeholders and navigate project constraints to ensure success
- Design and deliver customer solutions using repeatable frameworks and assets
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet complex requirements
- Support technical implementation and contribute to solution architecture
- Participate in sales presentations and pre/post-contract due diligence
- Make strategic decisions factoring in delivery capabilities and market trends
- Identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and project roadblocks
- Travel to client sites as needed
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in integrated technical solutions across the development lifecycle
- Strong background in Cloud/SaaS/PaaS technologies and digital transformation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in application architecture, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and Design Thinking
- Experience with policy administration systems or similar platforms
- Background in building customer solutions using existing assets and alliances
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to simplify complex requirements into actionable solutions
