We are currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- The HR Generalist supports various divisions in all HR areas, collaborating with the HR team and leadership to manage the entire employee life cycle.
- Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, exit processes, and benefits and payroll support. Based at our Leawood, KS corporate headquarters, responsibilities include:
- Manage new hire onboarding; pre-hire processes, conducting orientations, system access, and new hire check-ins.
- Facilitating new hire onboarding and assisting in recruitment efforts.
- Managing employee relations, including coaching, discipline, investigations, and terminations.
- Supporting the annual performance evaluation program and conducting training classes.
- Managing benefit enrollment and administering the engagement survey.
- Participating in the compensation process and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Coordinating FMLA, STD, and LTD claims and managing processes.
- Recommending new approaches to improve departmental efficiency and services.
- Attending HR-specific company meetings and local seminars.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Human Resources Experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience in onboarding
- Exudes an energetic and outgoing personality.
- Organized and attentive.
- Self-starter and team player.
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HRIS- plus
