We are currently looking for an Ecommerce Development Manager to join our team.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of all enhancements and new features.
Provide mentorship and code reviews for the development team.
Design, maintain, and enhance deployment processes & controls for software updates in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Implement third-party integrations and work with APIs/RESTful web services to enhance site functionality.
Work with the Information Security Team to ensure security posture complies with industry standards.
Using an internal ticketing system, monitor the throughput of development resources and provide recommendations for process changes to drive efficiency.
Work directly with vendors to maintain relationships and ensure delivery of service is consistent with established SLAs.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide recommendations for improving complex technical processes and systems.
Provide on-call night and weekend e-commerce support as needed.
3-5 years of experience developing and implementing technical solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem
1-3 years of experience leading a software development team
Experience developing technical solutions for Salesforce Commerce Cloud and other related technologies including OMS, PIM, Salesforce Marketing, Data & Service Cloud etc.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or comparable professional experience
Hybrid schedule with predictable onsite attendance required three or more days per week.
Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.
Passion for delivering the highest levels of Customer Service.
