We are currently looking for a Department Manager - Information Security to join our team.

 

Position Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership in the areas of Identity and Access Management.
  • Promoting, implementing and supporting the company’ s strategic vision for managing systems access and threats.
  • Through collaboration with other IT and Security teams you will ensure security posture is strong, proactive and ready to meet today’ s challenges.
  • Leadership responsibilities will include development of your teams from career planning/support, training, interviewing, hiring, rewarding, disciplining, and performance and salary reviews.
  • Responsibilities for this team also include design and support of security-specific strategies, operations and processes.
  • You will also define quality standards for services; ensuring adherence; and incentivizing continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with security trends, specifically related to Identity and Access Management
  • Lead teams to establish a roadmap for the implementation of a modern Identity and Access Management practice
  • Align departmental work with other information security and IT initiatives
  • Establish KPIs, identify opportunities and improve processes
  • Build and develop teams which are integrated and high performing
  • Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems/opportunities that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, and/or user training
  • Ensure solutions developed across organization are aligned to enterprise architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet financial targets (cost and benefits)
  • Build strong relationships across our Global IT teams to ensure consistency, transparency, and best practices 
  • Analyze, influence, and translate security requirements into concepts and strategies that align with our overall technology vision

 

Required Qualifications
  • 8 or more years of related experience
  • Experience successfully leading teams through transformation
  • Experience leading Information Security teams
  • Professional experience in Identity and Access Management
  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
  • Proven success developing high performing teams through executing responsibilities including career planning/support, training, interviewing, hiring, rewarding, disciplining, and performance and salary reviews.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, collaborate effectively, communicate directly and achieve results
  • Experience and prior responsibility for planning and implementing a strategic vision, including anticipating and navigating road blocks to achieve success
  • Prior success simultaneously managing a team' s operations while driving and implementing strategic change
  • Superb relationship management skills, specifically related leading change with the ability to create a non-adversarial atmosphere and be viewed as a partner
  • Exceptional communication skills as demonstrated by the ability to effectively promote ideas and solutions; convey complex information in a manner that is easily understood and actionable to both non-technical and technical leaders
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor' s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience in a large Enterprise
  • Experience leading and managing resource planning to support business objectives
  • Experience presenting and interfacing with internal business stakeholders
