Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.
We are currently looking for a Customer Training Support Specialist to join our team.

We are currently looking for a Customer Training Support Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to training and support.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources, to support customer learning.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and objectives of different customer groups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and support activities in our CRM system.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Product & CRM Software
- In search of a Professional who is ready to learn the industry and products.
