Adaptive Solutions Group is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to define business requirements and functional specifications.
Analyze business operations and recommend solutions to align functions with organizational goals.
Support project managers by delivering necessary documentation for system and software implementation.
Map current and future business processes and operating procedures to improve efficiency and training.
Develop project estimates, including phases, personnel requirements, and costs.
Compile, analyze, interpret, and present complex data to aid in proposing strategies and business changes.
Ensure robust test plans are developed and serve as the owner of User Acceptance Testing.
Create reports, charts, graphs, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Provide recommendations for solutions or improvements that can be accomplished through technology.
Deliver guidance and advice that impacts cost, efficiency, compliance, service, and quality.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of business analysis or related experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Strong knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, and other productivity tools.
Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and risks.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to interact at all levels.
Experience using tools such as Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field with 7+ years of experience.
Experience with business process mapping, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies.
