Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.
We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.

We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Select, review, and process all invoices for payment.
- Coding and keying of all expense invoices for payment.
- Process high volume of invoices (200 Per Day).
- Match vendor invoice against purchase orders.
- Resolve any discrepancies on invoices.
- Process regular check runs as well as special check runs weekly.
- Set up New Vendors and update vendor files.
- Analyze all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure payment accuracy.
- 2+ Years of Accounts Payable Experience.
- Experience with ERP Software & Excel Skills.
- Quick Learner, Problem Solver, and Positive Demeanor.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (Required).
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree (Plus).
